Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how orders and course enrolments may be cancelled on wisheducation.in. WISH Education is a brand of Swisspay Technologies Private Limited.

Refund eligibility after cancellation is governed by our Refund Policy.

1. Nature of the service

Courses on WISH Education are digital learning products. After successful payment verification, enrolment is created and lesson access is unlocked digitally. There is no physical shipment to cancel in transit.

2. Cancellation before payment completion

If you abandon checkout or a payment fails / is cancelled at the payment gateway, no enrolment is created and no course fee is charged for that incomplete attempt. You may retry purchase at any time.

3. Cancellation after successful payment

After a successful payment and enrolment, you may request cancellation of the enrolment by emailing support@wisheducation.in from your registered email with your course name and order reference.

• If your request meets the Refund Policy criteria, we will cancel access and process a refund.
• If your request does not meet refund criteria, we may still cancel future access on request, but the fee already paid may be non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by WISH Education

We may cancel an order or revoke access if:

• Payment is reversed, charged back, or marked fraudulent;
• You breach our Terms & Conditions;
• We are required to do so by law or a payment provider;
• The course is withdrawn from the catalogue (in which case we will offer alternative access or a refund of the unused portion where reasonably required).

5. How to cancel

1. Email support@wisheducation.in with subject line “Cancellation request – [Course name]”.
2. Include registered email, course name, and payment / order reference.
3. We aim to confirm cancellation within 2 business days after verifying your request.
